RCC PIPES We are engaged in manufacturing the best quality RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) Pipes that serves multifarious applications for culverts, drainage works, water supply schemes and multiple other purposes. Out entire range of pipes are manufactured in complete compliance with the ISI specifications as these are fabricated using the high tech centrifugal spinning process and are tested on several quality and durability parameters. Manufacturing Process of RCC Hume/Spun Pipes Caging: Initially all our reinforcement cages are produced by special machines called collapsible drum type cages. We weigh these cages separately on the Electric weigh to conform the exact measurements. Mixture: Water and Cement are used according to their weight as per regular checking and mix design aggregates. To ensure the proper strength of our pipes, we strictly follow the prior instructions for the consumption of mixture within 30 minutes. Molding: The molds, which we use for molding processes, are carefully cleaned and washed with hand grinder. Further, our molds, bushes and rings are properly oiled and then packed with strong nut bolts and tie rods. Manufacturing: After the molding is complete the molds are kept on runners with the help of several safe chain pulleys. We initially keep the RPM of machine very slow, while pouring the mixed content to assure proper pouring and then adjust the RPM as required to the level of IS:458. The extra water, which is left after the spinning process gives additional strength to these pipes. Finally, the finishing is carried out by cutting from bushes and rods. Demolding: Demolding process, that is separation of molds is carried out by these strong chain pulleys after about a day to assure optimum quality of pipes. Marking: After the completion of entire manufacturing process, these pipes are dated and marked with permanent marker for quick recognition. Curing: When the demolding is finished with Hydra & Trolleys, the pipes are then kept securely for 28 days in large curing tanks for efficient curing. Manhole Cover Frame: We design our entire range of frames and manhole covers for special uses in industrial, standard municipal and urban settings. These manholes are capable of withstanding heavy loads and traffics. For timely inspection of sewer, the unique designs of the covers of the manhole makes them easily installable and removable.
